The Center of Excellence (CoE) in Kraków, Poland A newly established entity of Bystronic
The aim of the CoE is to centralize administrative and standardized processes that are spread across our various European subsidiaries and Competence Centers. With our professional approach and expertise, we will reduce complexity and increase efficiency, as well as the quality of financial activities. The CoE will also help to more effectively comply with legal regulations, which are becoming increasingly complex due to Bystronic's global operations.
All activities directly related to Bystronic customers are to maintain their local anchoring. This process is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2022, which means that until then we will be growing and looking for individuals who are positive, results-driven, and take pride in their ability to support our business.

Bystronic's locations
The company headquarters are located in Niederönz (Switzerland). Additional development and production locations are located in Switzerland (Sulgen), Germany (Gotha), Italy (Cazzago San Martino and San Giuliano Milanese) and China (Tianjin and Shenzhen). Bystronic is actively represented by its sales and service subsidiaries in more than 30 countries and has agents in numerous other countries.
Bystronic in Poland
The first Bystronic laser in Poland was installed in 1992. However, Bystronic first started selling its products in Poland in 1998/99. By May 2005, the number of systems installed in Poland had reached 100. In mid-2006, Bystronic started trading in Poland through a local branch office. And Bystronic has now installed more than 600 laser cutting and bending systems. In 2018, our team started the process of moving its offices from Sękocin Nowy to Sokołów. Sokołów location covers over 600 square meters of office space on two floors and over 500 square meters of storage and exhibition space. The building also includes a showroom for live demos and customer applications on the latest Bystronic cutting and bending systems.
Bystronic Poland offices and a showroom send an important signal to our customers in Europe: Bystronic is growing in Poland too.
Bystronic established a Center of Excellence (CoE) in Krakow, Poland in October 2020. The CoE will enable Bystronic to harmonize and standardize administrative business processes, which will reduce complexity and costs while increasing efficiency and quality. In addition, the CoE will help to more effectively comply with legal regulations, which are becoming increasingly complex due to our global operations.
