At the heart of the solution is the new Xpert Pro 150/2050 Extended, which has been optimized for automated operation. An integrated conveyor system enables longer autonomous running times and reduces manual intervention to a minimum.

In the field of laser cutting, Bystronic is presenting a fully integrated Cutting Cell. The combination of the ByCut 3015, ByTrans Modular, BySort, and ByTower Cross automates the entire process from raw material to sorted part output. The result is reduced downtime, higher system availability, and cost-effective production with minimal staffing requirements. Thanks to its modular design, the solution can be flexibly adapted to individual production requirements.
Precision that sets the standard
The bending exhibition is complemented by the proven Xpert Pro 150, which is equipped with several new features: A new sliding table, an additional screen, a handwheel, and Servo Dynamic assist operators in their daily work and help reduce setup times and simplify workflows.
In combination with the Laser Angle Measurement System (LAMS) and the unique Dynamic Crowning feature, the Xpert Pro continues to deliver the highest level of bending precision, process reliability, and ease of use.
Maximum flexibility in tube processing
With the compact design of the ByTube Star 330, Bystronic also presents a high-performance solution for automated tube processing. The system processes tubes , and open profiles fully automatically without changeover times and integrates additional processes such as drilling, thread cutting, marking, and 3D cutting directly into the production flow.
Software and service as the key to productivity
In addition to machines and automation, digital solutions are also a key focus. The BySoft Suite combines cost estimation, planning, programming, and manufacturing into a seamless workflow and provides transparency across all production processes.
