As Service Hotliner, you will take on the exciting challenge of providing top-notch technical support by swiftly troubleshooting and resolving our customers' technical issues. Demonstrate your excellent problem-solving skills, prioritize effectively, and build positive relationships with customers while ensuring lasting solutions and customer satisfaction.

What you will be doing
- Provide appropriate solutions to the technical issues faced by the customers.
- Provide customer support services, in addition to technical services.
- Troubleshoot with minimum assistance.
- Make effective decisions to have fast solutions prioritizing and dealing with the issues on time.
- Identifie and resolve hot escalations.
- Provide 1st level technical phone support.
- Ensure the fault is completely rectified andt it does not appear in the future by providing correct feedback to customers.
- Communicate with customers providing periodic follow-up to match expectations.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
Your education & experience
- Mechanical/Electrical educational background .
- Minimum of 3-5 years of customer service and/or technical service experience.
- Experience in the bending or laser-cutting machinery sector is a key advantage.
What you need to succeed
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Approx. 15-20% travelling (mainly Italy).
- Fluent Italian and good level of English.
- Need to be able to make effective decisions, as well as creatively build effective programs to increase sales and build customer satisfaction based on business needs.
- Adapt at balancing priorities based on repair workload.
