In a nutshell
At our Center of Excellence in Krakow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Sales Support Specialist to reinforce our Team.

Within the Business Support functions, we are dedicated to providing internal customer service and are passionate about leveraging our knowledge to foster successful collaboration and benefit the organization.
What you will be doing
- Processing all quotes for spare parts, all order confirmations and all orders to our factories
- Processing or assist sales managers with all quotes for machines
- Calculating transport costs
- Liaising with sales managers to construct new deal offers
- Assisting in managing Pipelines with sales managers and dealers
- Being the point of contact for updates on orders and delivery schedules
- Ensuring tax compliance with all orders
- Maintaining price lists with dealer structure
- Raising invoices
- Chasing payments as needed
- Assisting in management & arrangement of events (open houses, dealer meetings, expo's)
- Assisting with travel requirements when needed
- Revieing inbound invoices from dealers for compliance with contract
- Reporting in Flash
- Calculating commissions for dealers
- Managing Visa requirements
- Reporting revenue recognition to EMEA Regional Finance departme
Your education & experience
- University degree, Bachelor or Master
- 3-5 years of professional experience in similar position as Sales Support/ Dealer Business Support
- English (mandatory), French (desirable)
- Good knowledge of the MS Office range
- Knowledge of SAP
