In a nutshell
At our Center of Excellence in Krakow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Process and Data Integration Team Coordinator to reinforce our global Pricing Team.

What you will be doing
Team Coordination
- Act as first of point of contact for the team in case of process escalations
- Provide guidance to the team
- Plan and coordinate data integration projects
Data Integration Product Information Management (PIM & DAM)
- Request option codes creation from Global Master Data Management and create PIM product structures & same for pictures
- Manage text in PIM and provides technical data into DAM various systems and platforms, including ERP, and pricing tool
- Input and maintain data for the entire Company product portfolio
- Relate relevant pictures from the photo park (DAM) to the product content
Pricing Management
- Collaborate with pricing key players and implement pricing strategies in systems
- Ensure timely and accurate data maintenance across relevant tools
Continuous improvement process & Data landscape
- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Facilitate process mapping and documentation to standardize best practices
Your education & experience
- Several years of professional experience in data integration and process management
- At least 6 months of experience in Team Coordination
- University degree in Business Informatics, or related field
- Solid knowledge of database management
- Experience in working with SAP & Product Information Systems
- Very good command of English (B2/C1)
- Good knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel)
- Skills in Pricing and Finance will be a plus

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, cross-functional environment
