In a nutshell
At our Center of Excellence in Krakow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated IT Support Specialist to reinforce our Team.

Within the Business Support functions, we are dedicated to providing internal customer service and are passionate about leveraging our knowledge to foster successful collaboration and benefit the organization.
What you will be doing
- Assists the employees across Europe in using IT resources
- Provide user support in the field of hardware, system and IT application configuration
- Provide support of Office365 solutions (TEAMS, OneDrive, Sharepoint, OneNote)
- Manage the conception and implementation of IT user trainings including creation of instructions (physical and/or virtual)
- Cooperate with general ICT support (Windows, troubleshooting, VPN etc.)
- Assists IT projects (e.g. upgrade to Office365 client or OneDrive implementation)
- Install computer hardware and software
- Prepare work stations
Your education & experience
- Education in the field of IT or during IT studies
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the area of IT support in international company
- Technical understanding of current IT system landscapes in an international environment
- Very good knowledge of Office365 solutions and strong experience in supporting it
- Good technical understanding of current Microsoft client environments
- Experience in setting up and conducting user training courses
- Fluent English
