This dynamic role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, capable of driving HR initiatives and aligning them with our business objectives. What you will be doing 

• Oversee and drive all local HR operations, managing the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding — for production, service, sales, and office staff.
• Partner with management and global HR team to ensure alignment of local HR strategies with business initiatives.
• Provide expert advice, information and support local management and employees on company HR policies and procedures in line with best practice. 
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, maintaining up-to-date HR policies that are consistently applied accros the organization.
• Collaborate with line managers to drive talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding process
• Support local Management in implementing talent development, retention and succession planning strategies
• Lead, train and support the performance management process in accordance with global HR standards
• Identify training needs, design, and manage employee training programs to enhance skills and capabilities
• Develop and manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
• Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, equal pay structure, ensuring alignment with Global HR including salary reviews and bonus structures 
• Focus on continuous improvement of local HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness 
• Negotiate and collaborate with unions, ensuring productive relationships and compliance with collective agreements.

Your education & experience 

• Proven experience in HR leadership roles, including negotiation and collaboration with unions, preferably within a multinational organization.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and HR best practices in Italy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HR systems and tools.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required.
