In a nutshell 

As Aftermarket Sales Coordinator you will contribute to deliver aftersales strategy by identifying customers’ needs and promoting  Bystronic solutions such as Bystronic Best Choice Care Programs Consumables and Parts, Training or 360 Advisors.

What you will be doing 

  • Contribute to the achievement of after sales targets as agreed with local management and Bystronic service products portfolio in line with strategic service business unit.
  • Develop & enhance the relationship and revenue with customers with a specific focus on inactive and lost customers.
  • Foster & grow long-term relationships with the customer base.
  • Lead and promote the Bystronic culture and values. 
  • Create a positive and inclusive working environment for all team members.
  • Support the machines sales teams with after sales portfolio. 
  • Regular researches of local market potential, competitors, price levels in after sales business and reports back to HQ Product Manager.
  • Support the development of local campaigns with HQ Product Management based upon market needs & Service BU Strategic goals. 
  •  Support the aftersales portfolio at Bystronic events.

 

Your education & experience 

  • Proven track record in a competitive B2B sales environment,  ideally 3-5 years in a sales role.  
  • Familiarity with the machinery market,  services as well as sales know-how in capital goods. 
  • Customer focus and ability to balance client’s and own organisation’s needs to ensure high level of customer satisfaction. 
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills .
  • Fluent Italian and good level of English. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and SharePoint.
