Tell us about a career highlight. 

Bystronic has offered me the chance to contribute towards incorporating our Competence Center Automation into the business through the implementation of our CRM System, as well as attaining my Green Belt Certification. 

At which point did you feel enabled by Bystronic?   

Bystronic enabled me to spend some time working in a subsidiary abroad and thus learn more about the business as well as a new language. This allowed me to grow both professionally and personally.  

When did you feel you were making an impact beyond your role?   

While implementing our new CRM, I actively aided the Service Project leads with crucial tasks as necessary. Furthermore, I personally assisted customers in special cases to ensure the best possible support for both them and my colleagues. This assistance was consistently appreciated as it made them feel prioritized and ensured they would receive a trustworthy solution. 

Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is crucial for employee well-being. How does the company promote work-life balance, and can you provide insights into any initiatives or policies?  

The Remote Work Policy gives me the flexibility to both have a good work-life balance and successfully perform professionally. Additionally, Bystronic has a Fitness Program to engage the employees and the possibility to buy vacation days and have some extra time off whenever possible.

Bystronic offers various internal courses and certifications. During my Greenbelt certification I benefited from mentorship from my experienced Business Excellence colleagues. Bystronic is supportive in terms of offering financial assistance for continued professional development.
