News Transfer of waterjet support to our new service partner
In 2018, Bystronic ceased the development and production of waterjet cutting systems. Starting from January 15, 2025, the remaining support will be taken over by our new partner, ALLFI GROUP AG, based in Stans, Switzerland.
New partnership for support:
To offer you the best possible service in the future, we have decided to transfer the support for your waterjet machines to our new partner, ALLFI GROUP AG, headquartered in Stans, Switzerland. This company has extensive experience and expertise in the waterjet business and is ideally equipped to meet your requirements.
What does that mean for you?
- Transition period: Over the next few weeks, we will be working closely with ALLFI to ensure a smooth transition. Bystronic will make sure that our new partner receives all the support needed to be able to work autonomously as quickly as possible.
